Dear patients and readers of Springbrookclinic.com:
I have been studying and examining diet and health literature since the 1980s. I have personally experimented with numerous approaches to diet and wellness. I have a been a "vegan", a "vegetarian", a "natural-hygeinist" etc. etc.....I have tried and recommended many dietary approaches over the years including "Macrobiotics", "The Zone", "Atkins" and more. At this point in my life and professional career, after spending hundreds of hours at diet/nutrition post-graduate seminars and reading hundreds of scientific articles re. diet/nutrition, I have come to be absolutely convinced that there is "one best diet" for nearly all human beings. It is generally known as a "modified paleolithic diet". The site below is a wonderful introduction to the way of eating that I advocate. There is a lot to learn but, once you get the basic concepts, this way of eating is very simple. I hope you read, learn and get inspired to change the way you eat. Come to my class to learn more!!
